Palazzo Madama di Torino
Palazzo Madama is one of the most prestigious monuments in Turin, located in the center of Piazza Castello, the heart of the city and one of the most beautiful squares in the city.
The Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the result of a combination of two thousand years of Turin’s history: from the ancient eastern gate of the Roman colony to a defensive Casaforte, then to a real Castle, a symbol of Savoy power until at least the 16th century, when the current Royal Palace was preferred, which eventually became the seat of the Civic Museum of Ancient Art.
During the two-year period 2009/2010 ONE contributed to and supported the restoration of the NORTH, EAST and WEST facades.
