BOLOGNA | PIAZZA MAGGIORE

Saint Petronio Basilica is the most important church in Bologna and it’s the sixth biggest church in Europe.

It is situated in the heart of the city, in Piazza Maggiore Square, opposite Palazzo del Podestà and Palazzo D’Accursio buildings.

ONE sponsored the restoration of both the majestic front facade and the two sides on Archiginnasio and De’ Pignattari streets from October 2011 to January 2014.
